Hello all! My name is Nicole. I love food, photography, crafts, movies, sleeping, and God. But not in that order. My favorite food is currently homemade pizza. My favorite movie of all time is Pride and Prejudice. I don't think I've ever not wanted to watch it when it's an option. I never would have guessed I'm a crafty person, but so far it's working out pretty well.
I was diagnosed with type one diabetes and celiac disease in the spring of 2010. Hence the gluten free recipes. Although people say gluten free cooking can be hard, I am making my statement in the world. Gluten free cooking IS easy. And, delicious. Gluten free cooking (and shopping) is difficult at first, but once you get the hang of it, it's a cinch!
I am married to the greatest man in the world, his name is David and he also loves Jesus. :) We are loving being married (we're coming up on year two this December). God has and continues to bless us!
